About Trip -

Pumori Base Camp Trekking trail is located in Nepal's Khumbu region as well as occupied Tibet this pyramid shaped 23,495 ft.peak dominates the skyline behind Kala Pataar (19,000 ft). Anyone who has made the trip to Everest either as a climber or trekker will remember Pumori’s distinctive shape. Named by George Leigh Mallory, "Pumori" apparently means "Unmarried Daughter" in the Sherpa language. Used as a training peak for past Everest teams this peak now is offered as a guided climb by many different companies. There may be as many as 20 expeditions per climbing season.

Gerhard Lenser part of a German/Swiss expedition first recorded the summit in 1962.

Day 02:Flight from Kathmandu to Lukla 35 minuet 2,828m,trek to Phakding 3 hours 2610m overnight at Lodge.

Day 06:Rest day at Namche for acclimatization

Day 07:Trek to Tengboche (3867 m)

Day 08:Rest day at Tengboche for acclimatization

Day 09:Trek to Dingboche

Day 10:Trek to Lobuche (4930 m)

Day 11:Rest day at Lobuche for acclimatization

Day 12:Arrive at Base Camp

Day 13:Trek back to Pangboche

Day 14:Trek to Namche

Day 15:Trek back to Lukla

Day 16:Fly Lukla/Kathmandu and transfer to hotel

Day 17:Reserv day in Kathmandu
